Postby n4c0n » Mon Nov 20, 2006 2:23 pm

so, is anyone up for it? not sure how the weather is going to be, but rain or shine we can do it at the arena in nakanoto. that is of course unless someboy wants to find a outdoor field for us.

Directions

Postby n4c0n » Mon Nov 20, 2006 3:54 pm

train:
take the train to 能登部 (notobe) station. when you walk out of the station, you should be facing a ja bank; make a left. walk to the end of the block, make a left, and cross over the train tracks. walk up the street and make your second right. by now you should see a dome and a large building with lots of glass. it's the glass building. the walk from the station to the sports center is about 5-10 minutes.

有料 (yuryo):
get off at 柳田IC (yanaida). take the 2 all the way into nakanoto. i think its about a 20-25 minute drive from the yuuryou. you will see 鹿西中学校 (rokusei junior high) on your right. make the right just before the school. cross over the train tracks and it's your second right. by now you should see a dome and a large building with lots of glass. it's the glass building.

159:
follow the 159 until you see an overhead sign that points to notobe; it should be road numbr 304. if you are coming from south of nakanoto, it should be a couple minutes after a shell gas station and a convenience store (just after you exit hakui city limits and enter into nakanoto); they'll be on your right. you'll make a left to head toward notobe. if you see al plaza, you've gone too far. if you're coming from north of nakanoto, it will be about 5-10 minutes after the said al plaza, which is on your left. you will have to make a right to head toward notobe. if you see the previously mentioned shell gas station, you have gone too far. follow the 304 until you see a large glass building and dome on your left. it's the glass building.

i would suggest looking at this map:http://www.mapion.co.jp/c/f?uc=1&grp=MapionBB&nl=36/57/10.929&el=136/52/08.357&scl=25000&bid=Mlink
you might find an easier way to get here. also, if i've fucked up somewhere, somebody please correct me.

Yes, I do approve this message.
My life is pretty much going to suck until January when I finish my Portfolio and Grad School applications. So I'm not going to be able to organize much in the way of soccer. Thanks Damo for picking up the ball.

ok, so here's the deal:

nakanoto-machi
rokusei sports center
november 26th, 2 pm - 5 pm

the sports center has about 10 futsal balls, so we're all good in that department. hope to see you guys there!

if there is anyone interested in going, please post, just so i can get some numbers.

w00t! attendance is now up to 5. looking for at least two more people for next week (as one of our regulars can't be there) so that we can get a game going on. it's a lot of fun, i promise.

so, i'm going to go ahead and call it off for this week, unless people want to do it. i just figured that people are going to be gone on trips and what not. if anyone does want to do it, let me know. i plan to tell them after school tomorrow that we won't be using it on sunday.
