Yeah, I didn't see the disallowed goal, but everyone seemed to agree(including Fulham) the penalty was certain. I couldn't see the game, but from what I hear that at 2-0 down, they took the chance to go all out and opened themselves up at the back, and once you go 3 down playing against an opposition with nothing to lose, but still knowing that 3 goals will bring you a point then you open up the back further.
It's somewhat ironic that since Norwich beat Manchester United their only non-Victories were Southampton(4-3), Crystal Palace(3-3), and Fulham(0-6), but underlined their inability away from home. I think what killed Norwich over the course of the season were the 4 months of missing up to 8 players through injury between November to March. When you have a squad that costs less than a single Man U player that means a real struggle.
It's a shame that it's just a money thing now, and the only teams in with a real shout are those with huge resources. Chelsea without money win nothing, with money are champions. Of course, everyone remembers the Hillsborough Disaster, but the other semi-final that day Norwich lost 1-0. At the time they were also top of the League, and many were predicting them to win the double. They actually came third in the end, and next year in Europe knocked Bayern Munich out of the European Cup. (still the only British club to beat Bayern in Bayern). The chances of that sort of thing happening now are non existent.
FA Cup Final. Arsenal to win by 2 goals. (2-0) Although, they seem to have a jinx against Man U, so if things go badly at the beginning like last year it could easily be reversed, but I don't think so this time. In fact, Arsenal are the first team I supported as a kid, and I remember well the best FA Cup of them all when they were 2-0 up with 4 minutes to go, and suddenly found themselves at 2-2. From the kick-off, Liam Brady dribbled the ball up the pitch seemingly defeating the whole team on his own, it gets crossed to Sunderland who bangs the ball into the net. 3-2. Liam Brady made the best comment about the whole thing when asked to explain the genius run:
I was just trying to get the ball as far a way from our goal as possible so we could get to extra time.
